Question: How do I set up a Sovrn Video tag?

Question: My tag isn’t working
Answer: Double check your set up. Make sure the Sovrn tag is set up in the Video Player/Ad Server as VAST/VPAID compliant. Make sure you have Ads enabled for the video player. Only run the video tag on URLs that have been approved by Sovrn. If the tag is still not functioning, please create a test page and send to your Publisher Advocate with an explanation of your Ad set up for us to investigate it further.
Question: My tag fill rate is 0
Answer: Double check your set up. We see this happen when somewhere in the Ad tag set up, a setting isn’t VAST/VPAID compliant and the player is unable to reach out to our VPAID unit. In addition, ensure you are only running the video tag on a URL that Sovrn has whitelisted. If you are still experiencing issues, please create a test page and send to your Publisher Advocate with an explanation of your Ad set up.
Question: What is an opportunity vs request vs impression?
Answer: An opportunity, for Sovrn, is logged when your player calls our VPAID Ad manager. A request is logged when your player asks our VPAID manager for a creative. An impression is logged when the Sovrn creative plays.
