Sovrn Names Todd Siegler as COO
Former Market Force Executive joins Sovrn to strategically grow and scale organization

BOULDER, Colo. – February 12, 2015 – Sovrn Holdings, Inc., partner advocate to over 20,000 independent publishers, has named Todd Siegler its Chief Operating Officer. Siegler will lead publisher development, demand partnerships, finance, human resources, ad operations and technical operations/QA at Sovrn.

As a founding member of the executive team, Siegler designed a growth strategy that grew the business from the ground floor to 500+ employees in seven offices across North America and Europe and $60 million in revenues. Before Market Force, Siegler was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Verio Inc., and prior to that he was the Vice President of International Operations and Legal at Excel Communication. Siegler has a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a J.D. degree from Tulane University School of Law.

Siegler will work alongside Walter Knapp, CEO of Sovrn, to enhance the company’s processes and procedures to scale the business and support rapid growth. He will help evaluate, select and nurture strategic relationships that are mutually beneficial for Sovrn and its partners.
