What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Our Single Sign-On feature allows you to seamlessly navigate between the //Sovrn and //Commerce platforms, using the same login credentials.

Upon launch, all users are required to reset their password with updated security settings. If you have not already done so, please reset your password.

What is the Sovrn Platform?

The Sovrn Platform allows you to access and manage our full suite of digital advertising products.

What is Sovrn //Commerce?

The Sovrn //Commerce platform allows you to access and manage our full suite of content monetization products.

Why do I Get an Error Message Logging in With My Sovrn Platform Username?

Usernames are no longer used to log into the Sovrn Platform. You can now log into the system using the email address associated with your account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.

All users are required to reset their password with updated security settings following the launch of Single Sign-On. If you have not already done so, please reset your password.

How do I use “Sign in With Google” if I Already Have a Sovrn Account?

By using the email address for your existing Sovrn Platform account, you can begin using the Sign In With Google feature right away!

Note: If you use Sign In With Google with a different email address (one not associated with your current account), the system will use this email address to create a new Sovrn account. For assistance in linking your Google email with an existing account, please reach out to our Support Team.

How do I Connect my Existing Sovrn Platform & Sovrn //Commerce Accounts?

If the same email address is associated with both existing accounts, you’re now able to log into either platform with the same updated credentials and navigate between them! Commerce publishers can click here to login to their account, and Sovrn Platform users can click here to login to their account.

If your accounts are not currently connected, you can link them by working directly with our Support Team.

Why Can’t I Use My Email Address to Log Into All of My Sovrn Platform Accounts?

Now that you log into the system using your email address (instead of a username), every Sovrn Platform account must have a unique email address.

If your existing accounts shared an email address, our team updated the email addresses on your behalf. We used a format widely accepted by major email service providers (ensuring all emails continue to reach existing your inbox). Example below:

  • email@domain.com
  • email+1@domain.com
  • email+2@domain.com

All users are required to reset their password with updated security settings following the launch of Single Sign-On. You should have received a separate email for each account, with a link to reset that account password.
