Sovrn, which helps independent online publishers succeed by doing more of what they love, today announced it has become the first to partner with Factmata, the anti-fake-news advanced machine learning platform. The partnership will enable Sovrn to further enhance the quality media ecosystem it curates for brands, advertisers, publishers and other businesses and offer protection against deceptive digital content.
As concern surrounding the credibility of news has increased, more than half (55%) of programmatic decision-makers have put pressure on tech partners to proactively screen for fake news, Sovrn has become the first client of Factmata’s following the anti-fake-news platforms first round of seed funding in February this year, which included Twitter founder Biz Stone.
