Our Response to COVID-19

We want to assure you that our business operations and services have not been impacted by COVID-19. Our staff is online and available to help you during regular working hours (both US and UK), and you can continue to engage with your Sovrn account team in the same capacities you always do, with the same service level commitments. In addition, you can contact support at any time. 

Our preparations

Sovrn is well-prepared to maintain business operations during this period. Our cloud-based infrastructure and business operation platforms are available from any public internet access point. Our teams communicate and engage with each other using a variety of tools that allow operations to continue without disruption, whether we’re working together in the same office or completely remote.

Our actions

In response to COVID-19, we’ve made a number of decisions to protect both our business and the health of our employees.

  • We’ve implemented a mandatory work from home policy at all of our global locations. This will not impact the level of service you are accustomed to receiving.
  • We’ve halted all business travel. While this means you may not see us in person, you’ll still be able to communicate with us whenever you need to.
  • We’re closely following all WHO and CDC guidelines, as well as supporting our employees locally. We encourage you to do the same, and keep yourself safe.

Our communications

We want you to know that we’re here to help. Times are difficult, and that means publishers need more resources than ever. We’ve upped our communication cadence to some of our partners in order to provide more support, so you may hear from us more than you’re used to. We’re providing regular updates where needed, and we’re focused on maintaining continuity with all of our customers. For specific cases, we’ll continue to communicate via email in a timely manner, and will include all relevant details pertaining to the matter at hand.

The situation is changing rapidly, which means your needs are likely changing rapidly as well. While we’re working hard to support you, we also know that this is new territory for everyone. If there are specific actions we can take to help you, we want to hear from you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
