Summer in Boulder, CO is a coveted thing for those of us who don’t enjoy being buried in snow and crippled by subzero temperatures for 6 months out of the year. Happy hours, BBQs & cookouts, casual strolls down Pearl St., trips to the Boulder Reservoir, concerts at Red Rocks; we do it all! My favorite part about summer (besides the highly anticipated alpine climbing) is the copious amounts of gin & tonics I get to consume.
